Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping -

Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. This is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays.

Processing Time -

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. During peak times, such as Christmas, this may take 3-4 working days. Please be aware, there are currently delays across the Royal Mail network so allow up to 10 working days after the dispatch date for your order to arrive. Please consider this before you contact us if you have not received your parcel and we will be happy to help.

International Shipping -

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes due on their order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returns Policy -

We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of the item being received.

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition. Item(s) must not be worn, washed or show any sign of use. Returns that are received in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or faulty) and original shipping costs will not be refunded. When sending a return, we recommend you use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until your refund has been received.

Exchanges -

Make sure you measure your pet and double check your sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure of sizing please use the size chart shown in the product information. If your order arrives and you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, please send us an email at

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in perfect, re-saleable condition.
